All payments are non refundable and non transferable unless the trip is cancelled by Florida Visiting Day.
Payments must be made at least two weeks before trip.
Policies for a Safe Ride
- No refunds unless the bus does not arrive at the destination at all or you are refused admission on to the bus.
- No weapons or drugs on the bus. If you are caught trying to bring a weapon or drugs on the bus you will not be allowed to ride and your money will be refunded.
- No altercation on the bus or in bus pick-up area. The company reserves the right to refuse admission to the bus. Any altercation on the bus will result in the bus being pulled over, the police will be called, and the violators will be removed by the police. Violators will provide their own transportation home and their money will not be refunded.
- If you break any rules of facility and are arrested, you must provide your own transportation home and there will be no refund.
- Be considerate of other passengers, no smoking on the bus and keep noise and phone calls to a minimum.
- Please seat children as far away from the driver as possible for the safety of all passengers
- By making a reservation you are agreeing to the above policies.
